This eyeliner was, like every review I read, broken when it came in. It smuges and does not stay on, leaves creases and gathers in the corners of your eyes. Just seems very oily, not a good idea at all.

I would not use this if I wanted super sexy, going out at night eyes. This is perfect for people who aren't real makeup savvy, but want the smokey eye look. It's so quick and easy to put on and it looks great. I am extremely sensitive and this product has given me no problems.

After using this product for about 10 seconds, the one end broke. The product was barely twisted up. The other end broke a few seconds later. The color is extremely sheer and sticky. It smudges too easily and barely looks like you are wearing anything. The color creases after about a half hour, in air conditioning, doing nothing except surfing the web. Don't waste your money or time. This is the biggest piece of junk Cover Girl ever made. Their standards should be higher than this product.

I was quite excited about this product. It had gotten rave reviews from Martha Stewart herself. But when I tried it, it didn't stick to my eyelids at all. Just kind of slid across the skin and left no color at all. Perhaps it could be my eye cream, but perhaps it would be your eye cream, too.

I have semi oily skin, and I live in a humid climate, so this product faded & creased on me when used alone. For best resukts, I put a top coat of fine powder to set the color; it worked as a wonderful base. When used in conjunction w/powder, I found the color to last longer than powder or the stick alone. If it were a little darker and dryer of a texture/consistency (or came with setting powder as is) then this would be 5 stars.

I generally like to have a mix of drugstore and department store makeup-- I usually like a lot of covergirl products as well. This stick however creases after about 30 minutes to an hour and is SO sheer, I really don't see the point. The layering that you have to do to see any color isn't worth the effort for me. And the smokey eye effect...isn't so smokey....not dramatic at all. I would say don't waste your money on this product. Laaaaame-o!

I love the smoky eyes trends that I have been seeing in magazines.
So when I receive this covergirl sample from BzzAgents I am exicited and ready to try on myself.
I find that it's quite to easy to apply but you have to apply several times because the color is quite subtle. The darker color can be used to define the smoky eye look. it has a tapered tip , make it easier to apply on eyelids.
One thing I like better than powdered eyeshadow is you don't have to worry about articles getting into your eyes. When you go outside and in warm weather it can get a bit greasy and oily.

Overall it's a nice product you can wear it to work and anywhere.

I received a sample product from [@] I don't wear a lot of eye shadow because I find it too time consuming to apply, so I usually stick to mascara and eyeliner. I was excited to try this, because of the way it is applied. I didn't do a great job the first time, but once I got used to it, I found this eyeshadow extremely easy to apply. You really just need to swipe the colors over your eye. I found it helped to powder my eye first a little. I did think the color was pretty, but it is more of a nighttime eyeshadow, so I haven't been wearing it daily, just on occasion. I will definitely consider purchasing this, but in different shades. I ended up using just one of the colors at a time for a less dramatic effect, which was also nice. The main reason I give 4 stars instead of 5, is because it wasn't as long lasting as I would like. I have problems with that often, however with my skin.

I was excited to finally find the purple that was sold out at Ulta. Very disappointed, followed instructions and did not give a "smoky" look. Purple shade side broke after a few uses.
