Comments about CoverGirl Smoothwear Conditioning Moisturecoat, Clear, .06 oz: This product is so great,..not only can it be used w/the longwear lipcolor,.but I use it with all other lipsticks as a topcoat. it doesn't have that too shiny/glittery tacky look. It keeps my lipstick moist. It's very comfortable, and it looks great over some matte lipsticks to give a little bit of a gleam. If you use a lip pencil color to line an fill in,..this looks great over that,.too! Displaying reviews 1-3 |
