This product blends well. I use a mineral powder over it. I get lots of compliments on my skin even though without makeup and in the daylight it is not so great.

This make up works for my sensitive skin that is prone to allergic hive breakouts. Cover Girl is the sister company to MF & it is the same formula as MaxFactor's ColorGenius. It's very difficult for me to find a make up that doesn't break out my skin so I was glad to find it again.

I love this foundation. I apply it with a damp sponge and get a beautiful dewy finish and moderate coverage. (My skin type is normal to slightly dry.) I give the product 5 stars and the packaging zero. The pump clogs after the first 2-3 uses.

The trueblend in the jar was amazing coverage and very blendable. Depending on my needs, I could smooth just a light coverage or use a bit more during breakouts. Covergirl is really the only inexpensive line that actually matches my skin tone. The new formula is really lightweight and even stayed on well while swimming. But, the coverage can't be adjusted as did the whipped formula.

I agree that this was a much better product before they reformulated it. It also leaves my skin very shiny and doesn't cover very well. I know CoverGirl advertises this product as makeup "you can't see, even up close", but I would like it a lot more if it at least evened out my skin tone. The old formulation was creamier and covered much better. The new version is much thinner and overall not as effective.

Why! Why! Why! This used to be the best makeup. It matched my impossible to match skin perfectly and didn't break out my acne prone skin, but then they went and changed the formula. Now it leaves my face shiny and kind of tacky feeling. It doesn't quite match as well as it did, and worst of all, I finally had to throw in the towel when my skin started breaking out. Now I have to find something new. Why did they have to change a great thing!
