I used to use TruBlend Micro Minerals which is now off the market (too bad - was my favorite product) so I thought I would try this. After all, its Cover Girl and its Tru Blend so how different could it be?? YUCK! This powder is thick and uncomfortable. Makes me look over-applied and unnatural. It may benefit those who want to cover a lot. But, its way too uncomfortable for me and I noticed new break outs and pimples that I never had a problem with before using this product. It's going in the garbage. I will spend the next week trying to clear my skin up (and I'm 45 - have not had zits for years). Maybe you will have better luck.

This powder is awful! I used it a year ago and broke out bad after. I decided to try it again to see if this powder was really the problem. Why oh why did I do that? It broke me out baaaaaaad. I dont even want to leave the house. I did not even have a single pimple before I used this powder and now after a weeks time I have lots of pimples. Very sad. Dont waste your money people. I am going to try L'Oreal's powder next.

After they discontinued their Freshlook line,I bought this in translucent light. The Light was too dark for my fair complexion. I then purchased translucent fair-the color was better but the consistency for both shades is unnatural. Too powdery and caused a slight breakout. Don't know what happened to covergirl's quality but it has gone down hill.. the hunt for a new powder continues.

I liked this product. I like makeup that looks natural and this powder does that.

This stuff is great! When I had acne it worked as a great cover-up. But now, with clear skin, it evens out my face and ends up looking really natural. The only bad part was how when you used the applicator that came with the product, the make-up went on un-evenly and looked really bad. I'd use a blush-brush or another foundation brush for beautiful looking skin with this product!
