This product is very shimmery and orange. It does not flatter my skin tone at all. I have very light skin, and the color seemed to be just right. But after applying, my skin looked totally unnatural. Maybe I can use it as a bronzer during summer. But I will not buy this product again.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I love it! I don't have to wear so much foundation. I'm not really in to the heavy coverage and this is perfect because it's so lightweight. I've always had trouble finding the perfect color foundation and I've still yet to find it but with this I don't have to worry too much because it blends well with my skin tone.

Manufacturers stopped making my other brand, so I bought the Fair 405 to go with the liquid makeup (which is great). I was horrified to see the powder turned my face quite an unnatural orange. It looked very fake and there was nothing fair or light about it. I have another Covergirl loose powder, and the Trublend was even darker. Disappointed!

I read the previous reviews, but this product really worked for me. I am not fair skinned.I have medium toned dry skin. The "Translucent light" tone #410 matched my medium skin.

I have used Cover Girl loose powder for years and thought that I would give their new mineral powder a try. I'm so glad I did. It is far superior to the old Cover Girl powder. It has great coverage, blends well, looks very natural and lasts all day. I don't even have to wear a foundation anymore. I advise purchasing this product in a lighter shade. I normally wear a medium tone, and the light shade is a good match for me even with a summer tan. I am so happy with the product that I stocked up by purchasing two more at the sale price. I've used a mineral powder before, but it was very costly for a small amount. This product is very large and is as good as any forty dollar product that I've ever tried...honest!

I wasn't going to get this foundation because powders never seem to work with my already dry skin but i got it anyways...I have to say that i have mixed feelings about it...i am extremely fair and i bought the lightest color they make and it still is way to dark...it also doesn't go on that well...I will still use it probably in the summer time I don't tan so at least i will look like i have a little color...LOL I wouldn't say that its a bad foundation it does look really pretty on my skin..just to dark and not all that natural..

This powder made my face look orange and glittery. I am very fair skinned and buy all of my foundation and powders in translucent and ivory shades. However, upon using this powder, a very obvious, very unnatural orange cast was left on my face and caked in spots where I had applied concealer. Also, I realize the product is called "Naturally Luminous", but I wasn't expecting it to be quite so shimmery. I will never use it on my entire face again, but I could see possibly using it as a bronzer.

I suppose my expectation of this could have been too high. I don't know why but this powder is too sparkly and unnatural looking. I tried the bronzer with this as well and it just made my face look like crud. I'm actually kind of mad I even bought it.
