I've been looking for a heater to go under my desk for sometime, one to replace a cermamic heater that I've used in my office for several years. The problem with the ceramic heater is that it puts out too much fan-driven heat, potentially overloading the circuit and drying out the air in the office. This heating panel is perfect. It sits upright on its bases under my desk and puts out just enough heat to keep my feet and legs warm. Not too hot, or too cool. Just sorry I waiting so long to order it. Drugstore.com had a great price on this item by the way.
