Comes in a convenient package, enough product comes out too. The yellow-ish product is the consistency of a thick oil but it stays a bit sticky for a while after, even after rubbing it in. Having to rub it in - which is on the directions - sort of makes the roll on ball less meaningful. It has that typical pain cream smell, I can't quite put my finger on it. I have used this twice, putting it on my legs both times for mild fibromyalgia pain. In those two uses I went through more than half the bottle though. This = expensive!! That is the biggest con. It works pretty ok - I normally use generic aspercreme (salicylic type products) and sometimes try tylenol. It is kind of hard to tell how long the product lasts with this type of pain, but I suppose it lasts for a while (hours).
