We bought this for our almost five-year old daughter for Christmas. Of all of the gifts she received, if someone asked her what she received, she'd excitedly tell them about her Hello Kitty Humidifier! It is adorable. I like that I can see the mist coming out of Hello Kitty's ears and the way it comes out tells me if I have the humidity output control at the right level. The directions tell how to tell that. Hello Kitty also has a nightlight that's not too bright and can be turned off or on, even if the humidity switch is off. This humidifier is easy to clean. Much easier than the last one that we had that I got rid of after I saw how easy Hello Kitty was to clean. I wrote a note on my calendar on the same day each week to tell me to clean it, or I'll forget and I don't want to do that. Having a clean humidifier keeps winter colds and respiratory problems to a minimum. We are very happy with the Hello Kitty humidifier.

This is an extremely cute humidifier. My 3 yod loves H Kitty, so we got this, despite seeing some reviews that it quit working early on. Well, ours lasted through her illness, but after about 2 months it just quit blowing out the "steam". You can still hear the motor, and I did everything just like I did when it worked fine before, but the "steam" just hovers and doesn't come out Kitty's ears anymore. I hope I can a refund or replacement. Bummer.

I was in need of a humidifier when I was renting due to the dryness in my room and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. I was attracted by the Hello Kitty design. OHHH HOW CUTE?? Don't fall for it because after a year of use now the black plastic thing inside the base is deteriorating and the more I clean it more pieces fall off. The product works well in a small area and it needs some ventilation to circulate in the room. On high a lot of mist comes out and get things in that area very moist. I usually put it on medium or low and it controls the mist better. The maintenance of this product is too much. You really have to keep it clean and change the filter. If you don't use it for a while the water starts to get rusty and very nasty inside. I feel like it just ends up being a health issue when you don't know when it starts doing that. I was disappointed that I can only find the filter on drugstore.com This specific model filter was not sold anywhere near me and the ones they sold were made for other models made by Crane. If I have a kid, I wouldn't buy this.

After one night of using this humidifier, it wouldn't turn on again. Well - it would turn on, but no steam came from the unit no matter how high or low the setting was placed. You aren't able to use the machine without using the nightlight. Hope you didn't expect to use it during nap time.

We own three humidifiers, but everyone always wants to use this one! We bought it for our daughter's room, but it works so much better than all the others, even the boys want to use it. The adjustable mist is great...no more wet nightstand. The nightlight is also convenient. Easier to refill than most humidifiers.

This product is very cute: we actually bought the same brand but a penguin. It broke after three weeks. The steam just stopped blowing. I went out and bought a Vicks for 1/3 the price and it has worked perfectly for a year. I wouldn't waste your money--it's expensive and poorly made!

I use this product in my dorm room and it works great!! It's easy to use and is adjustable for how much humidity you want it to give off. The night light is pretty cute too :). It is easy to refill, you have to refill it every other day or so depending on what setting you have it on, but I don't consider this a bad thing because it would be too heavy to easily handle if it held more water. Overall I love this product and I get many compliments on it!

This is actually the second one of these that I have bought. The first one lasted for a year until I accidentally broke it. What my daughter and I love about this is the nightlight that is built in.

We have used this for 2 weeks now. I purchased this to replace a Sesame Street one we had for our daughter and it was hard to clean, loud and not adjustable. I liked the idea of not spending a forture (as I did for the last one) on filters. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made! It's quiet, looks cute and even functions as a nightlight! I only wish I bought this one first!

This product didnt work out of the box. I called them; they wanted me to pay 14 dollars (half the price of the product) to ship it back to them. Cruddy warranty. If it doesn't work, you're paying for the shipping. This company will not stand behind the integrity of their products. Something else wont be as cute, but at least it will work.

I bought 2 of these when they were on sale. They were intended for kids' birthday gifts. I wished I bought a whole bunch. I put one in my kids' room and now I have many of my kids' friends ask where they can get it. This is top rate for its appearance and functionality. It is adorable and very quiet even if you turn it on to the maximum level. It puts out cool moist instead of hot steam. Very easy to refill the water. I have used some of the more expensive humidifiers in the past but this is by far the best for kids.
