This product definitely will give you a boost because of the 200 mg of caffeine in 2 capsules, but it has done nothing for me in terms of losing weight. The diet requires you to eat only 1200 calories a day. This is a really low calorie requirement for someone who is active and does intense workouts. I eat about 1400-1600 calories a day.

I would not recommend this product for weight loss, but it is good for an energy boost.

I tried this for 2 weeks and only lost about 3 lbs, but I think it's because I had increased my water intake while taking the product. Check out the first reviews..most are on the same day so I'm not sure if this product will really work for everyone.

I just started to use the product after all the good reviews. Honestly I do not see any result yet although I haven't change my diet so it maight be from my part. Still waiting to tell whether it works or not

All I can say is this product works! I have tried so many and gave up. This time I have lost 23 of the 40 pounds which has been my goal. My husband finds me sexy again and I have already had to go purchase new clothes. That alone is a thrill.
All I can say is I am truly loving the way I look!

i like most of you dont have alot of time in the morrings, with kids, makeing all the meals, work ect.. Life just got in my way of trying to live a heather life.
