Do exactly as the box says. "4 in the morning and 4 at night for 4 days" on my second morning i felt so much more alert and awake. not drowsy at all. 3 days before i broke out with very bad acne. on the second day my skin was so much more clear! do not stop at day 4! keep going. i would take this daily depending on how much you eat.!
