I have been using these for almost four weeks and have the whitest smile I can imagine and not one second of pain. There was a second of panic when I couldn't figure out how to best get the strips off my teeth the first time I used them, they are well adhered!, but just peel from the side or the back of your teeth to pry them off. Makes a very noticeable difference in just a week or two. Lay off the coffee and use a whitening tooth paste to make it last. There's barely any strip for folding behind the teeth where EVERYONE also has stains. The bottom strip is LAUGHABLE ! It's very short in length. It covers only four and a half teeth, again, so slim there's maybe a quarter of an inch to bend behind, where there are plenty of stains ! Pros
