I have been using these for almost four weeks and have the whitest smile I can imagine and not one second of pain. There was a second of panic when I couldn't figure out how to best get the strips off my teeth the first time I used them, they are well adhered!, but just peel from the side or the back of your teeth to pry them off. I was a bit disappointed as they are very pricey usually and don't whiten any better???? But they do not shift on your teeth. The strips were comfortable, easy to get on and easy to peel off. However, I found I couldn't practice my French Horn with them in place. But seriously, they only cover the front area but that's good enough for the aesthetic reason for whitening. And even though I marked a con as "pricey" it's much cheaper than a dentist's whitening treatment - and faster and less messy. Displaying reviews 111-120
