I have been using these for almost four weeks and have the whitest smile I can imagine and not one second of pain. There was a second of panic when I couldn't figure out how to best get the strips off my teeth the first time I used them, they are well adhered!, but just peel from the side or the back of your teeth to pry them off. I find these very easy and convenient to use and they do a great job. Every time I go in for a cleaning, my dentist will comment on how white my teeth are.  Pros

These adhere, much, much, much better. They don't come off until you take them off, even then they want to stay on. I only use these sporadically as I do have sensitive teeth. I use only use them 2 days per month. They keep my teeth white without harming them. Pros

A bit tough to peel off, but I rinsed with warm water and brushed my teeth after using them and had no problems. I've used other strips or trays before and was used to spitting the hydrogen peroxide bleach out or gagging on the gel, but these strips fit so cleanly against my teeth I had very little leakage of the gel which was a relief.
