I have been using these for almost four weeks and have the whitest smile I can imagine and not one second of pain. There was a second of panic when I couldn't figure out how to best get the strips off my teeth the first time I used them, they are well adhered!, but just peel from the side or the back of your teeth to pry them off. VS Most Liked Negative Review Seals didn't Whiten The product is easy to use however it did not brighten my teeth and is therefore too pricey to try again. Saw visable results after 3 days. and I'm still not done w/ the 14 days. Very easy to use. No sesitivity. They stay attached to teeth well so that you can speak while using. I suggest not swallowing saliva during the 30 min./ spit in cup or sink so as not to swallow the peroxide. Got rid of my coffee stains!! You must brush teeth well after since some of the adhesive product remains on teeth. Pros

I must say my teeth are whitened BUT my teeth become very sensitive last night after use (today is okay). I recommend users not to brush their teeth right after using the strips, which is what I did last night. It's better to brush your teeth before using the strips. To conclude, it is a bit too harsh, really. Pros

But I did start seeing a change after using the strips for 5 days. So it worked out. But I'll probably have to keep using a strip once a week as touch up as it seems to fade a bit. Pros

As someone who has battled gingivitis two years ago, I experienced no gum or teeth sensitivity from these strips. My one complaint is that the bottom strip had a harder time staying on my teeth because of the nearby salivary glands of course, so more glue or whatever it is could have been on it. These strips are made for perfectly aligned teeth, which mine aren't so I might try a paste product next time. Pros
