I have been using these for almost four weeks and have the whitest smile I can imagine and not one second of pain. There was a second of panic when I couldn't figure out how to best get the strips off my teeth the first time I used them, they are well adhered!, but just peel from the side or the back of your teeth to pry them off. VS Most Liked Negative Review Seals didn't Whiten The product is easy to use however it did not brighten my teeth and is therefore too pricey to try again. I was surprised to find that they made my teeth less sensitive, I think because they stayed in place so well and didn't dip down on to my gums like the old strips did. The next time I whiten, I look forward to trying the professional effects whitestrips. Pros

Switched to every other day but teeth would still become sore. Haven't used in about a week but teeth are still noticeably whiter looking so I am pleased. Pros Cons

Only thing is i didn't see much of an improvement. My teeth aren't that discolored to begin with so maybe someone with yellower teeth would see more of an improvement. Not really worth the price.
