I read a review that said this product whitens teeth significantly which is why I chose to buy it. I've been using it everyday, 2x a day, for about a month now. I have noticed a VERY minimal difference. I'm not a smoker, don't drink coffee, and I don't drink dark soda. It's not bad for the cost but I was expecting a bit more whitening.

I lean forward and hold this in the front of my mouth for about 1 minute, and it is much more effective than a half hour of the glue-on Crest Professional Effects 3D White Strips, which cost ten times more per package. It does not burn, or taste nasty like some mouthwashes. The peroxide foams and leaves my mouth fresh and my teeth white.

This mouthwash was a little hard to get used to, but with continued use it has helped whiten my teeth. They weren't kidding when they said it foams - I had to spit it out several times after using it. I finally just followed it with Listerine, which did more to freshen my breath and prevent gum disease and cavities. I still use it, and I would still recommend it - but not by itself.
