Only two boxes of the white strips can be used in a year, according to directions. The mouthwash can be used every day. If you lean forward and let the mouthwash set on your front teeth for one minute, it will whiten more than if you wear a white strip for 30 minutes as instructed. When I contacted beauty.com, they gave me a phone number to call...that number is ALWAYS busy. They said there was nothing they could do. I am bummed out. I thought I could afford this with a "$15 rebate" but since it never came, it really messed me up. Yeah, maybe I'm lame, but $15 is a lot of money to me. In between uses, I use Crest Whitening Rinse daily and also use a whitening toothpaste along with a Water Pic to keep my smile bright. It is super easy to use and a very good value. I think that the progression of whitening might be difficulty to see as you use but try to take a picture of your teeth before and after and it might give you a better idea on how it whitens. Keep in mind that if you drink dark coloured drinks (like coffee or tea) or eat dark foods (like berries) this does stain your teeth so you may not see that great of results! Also, whitening, whether professional or not, is TEMPORARY! You must care for your teeth afterwards as well so you might want to follow up with whitening toothpaste and lowered your intake of dark coloured drinks and foods. Pros Cons

The lower strip needs to be as long as the upper strip. These strips do not contain enough product and seem to be too dry. They do not seem to whiten as much as others I've used and the effect does not seem to last at all. Also I have not yet received the mail-in refund. Will not be using this particular strip again.
