Using the two together though definitely made a noticeable improvement in the whiteness of my teeth. The toothpaste tastes good, and did a good job of leaving my teeth feeling squeaky clean. Problem: Customer service says they have changed the package, removing the word "vivid". This "same" toothpaste is not the same. No tingling freshness.
