After using these daily for about 2 weeks there was a noticeable change. He uses them every few days now and his teeth are white. I'm a tea drinker and use these every few days as well. Both our teeth are nicely white. They don't burn my gums the way the Aquafresh strips did. Definitely a good buy. Pros

If you never bleach your teeth or use any whitening products, it will take awhile to see results. These are meant for touch-ups. They do cause sensitivity.

I have used other Crest strips in the past with great results as well. I purchased these since you only had to leave these in for 5 mins. vs. 30 minutes. I use these intermittently when I need a whitening pick-me-up. I always get comments on how white my teeth are. I don't let in on my little secret. Displaying reviews 1-5
