I'm definitely glad I did. They definitely are gentle. I have had zero pain from them. I am however disappointed that they do not use the new non slip strips like the other kinds of Crest white strips. These were the old strips that move around and can be difficult to apply. You get the whitening stuff on your fingers when you go to apply the strips to your teeth. Overall though I would use again simple because they do not cause me pain! Based on the below reviews I thought that Gentle Strips would be my solution. However, the adhesive quality is so poor on these strips, I couldn't even get them to stay on. Frustrated, I tossed out the box and purchased "Professional Effects" and am much happier with the product. These strips in particular were a waste of my $20+ if you ask me. So far the strips appear to be taking off tea stains and doing their job. I like these because unlike other strips, these work on a daily basis and appear less harsh on your gums and especially sensitive teeth. Pros

Super for sensitive teeth and gums -- those of us who cannot use traditional whitening products. Big difference in color of teeth and no problem with sensitivity. I use these 2-3 times a week and am very pleased. If daily, imagine even better. So glad these are available. Pros

I know my teeth are sensitive, so I chose the Crest product that would be the most gentle. In the production description, it shows that this line will give you the least whitening in exchange for no increase in sensitivity. After 10 days I certainly started to see a positive difference in tooth color, and I have about a week to go. I will be brave and move to the next line of Crest to go for yet more whitening and hope that I don't see greater sensitivity. Pros

No sensitivity but I think that's because the product just doesn't work. I've completed 28 treatments and have seen absolutely no difference and I've kept the strips on longer than the 5 minutes it suggests. Pros

But, I wanted to subtly whiten my teeth, so I though I'd give these a try. They're great! No pain or discomfort at all. Easy to use. I'm quite happy.
