Just started using it so not sure if it will work or last but the strips are too short and don't cover the back teeth. For the price they at least make them long enough to whiten all your teeth.

I thought I would get the rebate that they included, but it never came. When I contacted beauty.com, they gave me a phone number to call...that number is ALWAYS busy. They said there was nothing they could do. I am bummed out. I thought I could afford this with a "$15 rebate" but since it never came, it really messed me up. Yeah, maybe I'm lame, but $15 is a lot of money to me. Beauty.com basically said there was nothing they could or would do to help me.

This product I have been using for several years twice a year to boost my whitening. In between uses, I use Crest Whitening Rinse daily and also use a whitening toothpaste along with a Water Pic to keep my smile bright. It is super easy to use and a very good value.

I use this product twice a year--once every six months. I think that the progression of whitening might be difficulty to see as you use but try to take a picture of your teeth before and after and it might give you a better idea on how it whitens. Keep in mind that if you drink dark coloured drinks (like coffee or tea) or eat dark foods (like berries) this does stain your teeth so you may not see that great of results! Also, whitening, whether professional or not, is TEMPORARY! You must care for your teeth afterwards as well so you might want to follow up with whitening toothpaste and lowered your intake of dark coloured drinks and foods.

I only use this for no more than 30 - 40 minutes because otherwise it can really irritate gums. I think what helps prepare me for this is to start using a toothpaste for sensitive gums about two or three weeks BEFORE using this product and continue using it during until the toothpaste is done. This greatly helps with the sensitivity you may experience using the strips.
