I used to use the original Crest Whitestrips and loved them. They lasted me forever and come time to buy a new box, I found this new collection. I decided to skimp on price and opted for the plain old Vivid kind. OUCH. Within 5-10 minutes of putting them on my teeth I experience sharp pains in my teeth and I have to rush to get them off as fast as I can. I've tried to use them twice and both times could not stand it. Never had this problem before with the old kind. I'm going to see if I can send them back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These strips cause severe, SEVERE dental pain.

So, these are okay and only okay. They are easy to put on and stay on relatively well for the half-hour they are supposed to be on. After the 30 minutes, taking them off is also easy, but be near a sink. They leave a goopy residue on the teeth which is no problem as long as there's water to rinse the mouth out with.

They seem to be working in terms of whitening and I saw a slight difference in only three days. HOWEVER! After the second day I began to notice a burning irritation/rash on the corners of my mouth and it took me a while to realize that the strips were the cause. It's strange because they do not bother my teeth or gums as other reviews state. I will try to put Vaseline on my mouth before and during the treatments from now on and see if there is a difference, otherwise I will definitely discontinue use.

Not worth your time. Spend 10 more dollars and get the professional kit that really works. The film with the whitener is too thin it just falls off your teeth after 3 minutes. It doesn't work

It actually works. The user can see a difference in one
application. It burns skin if you get on fingers.

I agree with many of the other comments. I noticed little difference, and these are very harsh. I have used the original crest whitestrips and do not remember those being quite as painful. I have been using the strips in conjunction with the toothpaste and notice no difference in the appearance of my teeth

They whitening strips did succeed in whitening my teeth. However there were a few annoyances with these white strips.

First, they were incredibly hard to put on my teeth, often slipping or bunching. This cause me to burn through several strips just to get one on correctly.

The second thing is that my teeth were really sensitive during the time I was using the white strips. I could not eat or drink hot or cold food/beverages.

i thought this prduct whitened really well! except for the fact that it caused major sensitivity to my teeth! i even have been using the sensodyne toothpaste! but otherwise, i noticed shades better to my teeth, and works faster and cheaper than the dentist! good stuff to try!
