Coffee maker:  2 Tbsp. per 4.25oz (half cup) of cold, filtered water.  Use the slow setting or 1-4 cup setting, if possible.  Best with gold wire filter.  If using a paper filter, only fill half way.  French press:  2 Tbsp. per 4.25oz (half cup) of boiling water, stir, steep 8-12 min, stir, and press.
