I havent used this yet, I bought it as a gift but it is the second one I have bought.. Last year I bought one for my son and he uses it all the time and loves it. He has gotten into the whole record thing, something that was gone by the time he was a child.

bought this for our bedroom to replace a boom box. works great and being able to record to USB port is a great plus.

Everything works good, except I have not been able to play music from the SD card reader yet. Still working on it. The USB works just fine. I have not tired to record to either yet, I am taking it for granted that this will work. All in all, a good deal for the price.

It was nice to get everything I needed in one package. My husband has a record collection that he never got to listen to because we didn't have a turntable. Now we do! It has jacks for external speakers in the back. I'm interested to see how copying his records using the USB function works. And my teenagers can plug their iPhones into it and use the speakers instead of my computer speakers.

My mothers 40 year old sound unit quit working so I purchased this for a christmas gift. She can now convert her records to mp3 and play in her car.

I have been thinking about buying a turntable for several months now and I decided to go with the Troubador. I am so glad that I did because it is perfect!! It sounds great and it was easy to assemble. I love the recording feature and so does my husband. Everyone in the family is happy with the purchase. I feel that this is great quality. I definitely got a lot of bang for my buck and I would reccommend this to anyone looking for a qualtiy turntable at a good price!

This model does all it says it will. The fact that you can buy a needle for just the 78 records is a plus. I am only disappointed that I must record to USB and then transfer to computer as I thought with the USB I would be able to also connect direct to computer so it is making transfer a bit slow. It does not look like it will hold up very well over time due to the plastic parts and I wonder if it will take extensive wear with a lot of playing of records. It also does not have software for removing clicks and hisses.
