Stays cold longer than some gel pack I have . Pouch with flexible straps is comfortable and is also useful with other ice packs I have.

i never got to use the product, because the day I received it (the temps outside were below freezing) i brought the box inside & set it down until about an hour later I noticed the box had leaked some kind of liquid everywhere. The ice pak had ruptured somehow & as it thawed....well, it was quite a mess. [...] I was reluctant to try the product again. I just don't have confidence that the product will hold up.

I thought this might be a good alternative to ice bags but it does not make contact with the skin as well as the classic 'ice bag'. I'm also a little concerned about the inner contents turning pink. It is convenient to use.

I was getting really bad night sweats and this was the only product that stayed fairly cold all night long. I would wrap it around my pillow and snuggle against it to keep me cool! It was great!

We have two of them in the freezer at all times. When using at night, you can move it away from the hurt area and then reapply it later, without having to go to the freezer for another.

This is a real effective ice pack.

It is a bit stiff for a few minutes but becomes more pliable within a few minutes.

Something is wrong. I used it on my back, lumbar area. Leaked like a sieve. There is a clear liquid floating around the inside. I don't think this is right. The cheap cold packs I bought at the sporting goods store worked longer than this thing. Oh well, I guess the world must really be flat.

WONDERFUL product! I can velcro it to my back (straps wrap around waist) and be mobile! It stays cold as long as it claims! I would highly recommend this product!
