I use this just before sleep, and there seems to be "some" temporary effect -- but, I suspect that relief lasts only as long as the temperature change. I do get to sleep, but can't say that this is my favorite product.

Expensive - when you consider each pack is used but once and for a few minutes. Gives temporary relief and some reduction in swelling, but not a whole lot.

I had given up on having my hemorrhoids ever healing. I had been to doctors and tried what they suggested to no relief. Thought I would be in pain for rest of my life until I tried Cryostat. Within 3-4 days of using, I was feeling better than ever and my hemorrhoids have cleared up. I would definitely recommend this to any one with hemorrhoids.

Easy to use and no mess. Works well for the purpose. Gives instant relief. Long lasting. Would be nice to be able to reuse the packets. Kind of high price for "ice" Yes, even though it's pricey ice, I'd still buy it but not for continuous use on a daily basis.
