Consult your health care provider before consuming this product.  Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.  Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.  Do not consume caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to coffee, tea, soda, and other dietary supplements containing caffeine.  After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 4 weeks.  Keep out of the reach of children.

Mix 1 serving (scoop) with 4-8 ounces of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training.  Individuals sensitive to caffeine should begin with half the recommended dosage to assess individual tolerance.  Do not take more than 3 scoops in a 24 hour period.
