We are extremely pleased. We have very hard water with high mineral content that comes out of the tap not so clear and not very pleasant tasting. Love that you don't have to turn the whole device to get it to work. Love that it shuts off by itself. Love that I can now drink city water without plugging my nose. Love it! We live in an area where the water is extremely hard, lots of mineral deposits. I have used other brands that cost twice as much and they started leaking after 3 months. It was purely by accident that I found Culligan at an [@] and will never go back to another brand. Have recommended to friends and family and they are also impressed with the quality. I have replacement filters auto-shipped every month and change them when received. GREAT product. Pros

Very mobile, can be turned around the faucet without worring bout leaking. Auto shut sticks sometimes but I have water with high level of minerals. I put a drop of olive on shut off tab, works great now. Have had this unit for bout 3 months. Very pleased wit it. Pros

When you pull the pin out for the water to be filtered, it pops back in when you turn the water off so you don't have to remember to turn it off. Also the water comes out a little faster than it does with the Pur water filter we have. This filter was on the today show and thru independent testing, they said it filters out more lead and other harmful things than some of the other filters that were tested. It also makes our water taste great. I had rather the entire filter be a shiny stainless, but hey, you can't have everything! Taking the lead out is much more important to me. Pros

Cons Best Uses Comments about Culligan Faucet Drinking Water Filter, Level 3, Model FM-15, 1 ea: As the magazine reviews say, this does a much better job of filtration than the Brita faucet filters I've used in the past. I can easily taste the difference, in fact the water tastes better than the water from my expensive reverse osmosis system upstairs. It also has a nice auto shutoff feature -- when you close the faucet, the adaptor automatically swiches back to unfiltered water. This is more convenient than the Brita. The one advantage of the Brita is the automatic LED filter change indicator, though that's kind of flaky. Pros
