I cannot believe the difference this Probiotic has made in my life. I was having a rough time with diarrhea and cramping for months and one late night I just happened to see an ad for Culterelle and thought it couldn't hurt and gave it a try. My system is as normal as it could possibly be and I want to shout it from the rooftop that it is all because of Culterelle. I take two capsules in the morning, they are easy to take and nothing negative to say about this product.

take 2 a day before trip if you have a sensitive stomach (as directed). Or if your stomach is upset for a few days, it gets things back in balance.

I don't care for yogurt so I get what I need from this supplement.

I am almost done on the first box, ordering the 2nd one. I was suffering from bloating & gas for 5-6 months. Just bloat and bloat..so I started to try all kind of probiotic and see which brand works for me, starting with walgreen brand, Pearls, Align, Sustenex, femdophilus, ..nothing seems to really get rid of my gas & bloating until I started "culturelle" I am not saying that those other brand is not good but it's just not the right kind of bacteria that my body may need. So far, my bloating has been reduce up to 70% and I'll keep taking this daily. One great thing is that you don't need to keep it cool all the time like some others. :-)

I take this daily, once in the morning with a whole host of other vitamins as 'general maintenance'! This is a must have for me. Helps soothe my stomach and digestion. Before this I had alot of stomach pain with dairy and 'gasey' foods. If I feel I need another depending on my meal..it is OK to take. If you are hesitant about this product, think no more!
