I use this heat patch everyday so i can still do the things i normally could not do. Without this patch i am stiff and it is hard for me to do everyday activites. This product is a god sent to me. I have tried other products that just dont give me the same relife. I put this patch on when i get dressed for work about 6 o'clock in the morning and when i get ready to go to bed at about 10:30 at night it is still worm. It is thin so even when i dress up it dose not show through my clothing. There isn't a smell so now body ever knows i have it on. It is depressing not to be able to do everyday things because of back pain. I have damage to my siactic nerve and this patch allows me to travel and do those things most of us take for granted. Had it not been next to my body absorbing my own body heat it would have been cold. After 3 hours of wearing it, waiting for it to heat up, I removed it, and felt it 10 minutes later- it was room temperature. Looking at all the warnings about possible skin burns would have been funny had I not bought 2 boxes of useless product.

Winds up as a lump of warming over a fractioln of the area coverage intended. It might be OK on a horizontal location like the collar bone, otherwise I'd try a different brand. Pros Cons

But it stayed warm for much longer than the recommended placement time. I just moved it around. Would work great if it came with some kind of wrap to hold in place over your clothes. Pros
