Do not use on open wounds or burns. If irritation or redness develops or persists, discontinue use and consult your health care provider. In case of a severe reaction, consult a physician or pharmacist. Do not use for more than 18 hours per day. Keep out of reach of children.

Wash and thoroughly dry the skin in the area where the product will be applied. Peel away mylar backing so that the gel is in direct contact with the skin. Best results if pad is worn 12 hours daily. Product must be removed for a minimum of 6 hours daily to allow skin to breath.
