Indications
Intended Use: To provide support and compression for the ankle. Ideal for ankle instability, mild or moderate sprains, athletic activity and post surgery ankle weakness.
Warnings
The ankle brace should provide compression but should not be so tight that it restricts circulation. Consult physician or therapist if experiencing pain or swelling.
Prepare. Open all hook-and-loop closures. Brace is recommended to be worn over the sock. Apply. Slide affected foot into Curad® Lace-Up Figure 8 Ankle Brace and lace the product for a snug fit. Take the first strap, wrap it across the front of the foot, under and up, then attach hook-and loop closure along the side of the ankle. Repeat this step with the outer strap. Adjust. Retighten figure 8 straps for a comfortable fit. This product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable.
Care Instructions: Fasten all closures. hand wash using cold water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Allow product to air dry. Do not bleach.
