I have had a number of plantar's warts that I have been attempting to treat for over 10 years. I have done freezing, I have done pads, I have gone to podiatrists and done acid, freezing, and yeast injections--all to no avail. Mediplast is the first product I've used that is actually taking care of the warts. It is easy to use, although I use a Nexcare waterproof tape to hold the Mediplast in place. As others have mentioned, you have to do some "self doctoring" removing the dead tissue, but it WORKS. I am thrilled.

Too bad they don't sell boxes in smaller quantities. This box comes with 25 sheets, and each can be cut into many small pieces, as needed, so it's more than I need.

I am the lady from Lyndhurst NJ and I am happy to say that this stuff works...it removed ALL of the warts from both my feet. I only used it for 4 weeks and there is no sign of them. They have not come back. Forget doctors and podiatrists when it comes to warts - Mediplast does the job :)

Mediplast works so well. I have tried so many other methods for the plantar warts that my husband and I have, but this is just amazing. After just a few days the difference was noticeable. It is not diffucult to use at all. I went to the podiatrist a few months ago and had one removed. After about a month, 3 new ones developed. I am hoping the mediplast will stop that cycle. So far, I believe it will.......

My son had warts on both feet that had to be burned off and the physician recommended these bandages. I couldn't find them at the brand name stores so i ordered them online. The products worked quite well and didn't burn or itch or have an odor. Even though they are sticky on one side, we had to tape his feet with athletic tape or duct tape so they didn't slip off during his daily activities. The good thing is they are large bandages and can be easily cut to size and therefore last a lot longer because they are very expensive. The thing that I didn't get was drugstore.com advertised that this was a buy one get one free but never sent the free one with the order.

From the limited time I've been able to use it, it works WAY better than duofilm or any other product I've used in the past. The reason why I haven't been able to use the product regularly is because I'm finding it difficult to keep the adhesive pad on. I have to use bandages to keep it from falling off so I find it easier to just do an application at night so I know it'll stay on for at least 6 hours/day.

I had a persistent plantar wart that withstood multiple freezing treatments by a dermatologist (ouch) as well as over a year of consistent treatment with other salycidic acid products (including the expensive Transversal).
The Curad product worked quickly.
I liked that I could cut the pad to the exact size I needed. This made for a better fit and less waste.
As other reviewers stated, you do need another piece of tape over the pad. I used paper tape, and it was sufficient.
Tips:
- Stay persistent - treat it every day or at least every other day. If you leave it go for a couple days, the wart gets more aggressive.
- Use something to scrape away the dead skin so the salicylic acid is right on the wart. I used a cuticle cutter. The skin regrowth is fast, so check it every time you reapply the pad.

I haven't used the product in years, but stubborn calluses that emerge from the inside to the surface on sole of foot (not warts) have returned. I like the size of the pads, which can be trimmed for an exact fit, and then cover with moleskin. I'm generally using it only on one foot, two small pieces.
The product itself is fine. Having to buy 25 pads at a clip is excessive for me. In a bad year, I might use 4-6 sheets. They used to be sold singly. Wish they still were.
