To provide support and compression for the ankle.  Ideal for mild sprains or strains, and instability. 

The ankle support should provide compression but should not be so tight that it restricts circulation.  Consult physician or therapist if experiencing pain or swelling.

Apply.  Pull the Curad® Ankle Support onto the affected ankle. 
Adjust.  Make sure the heel opening is centered comfortably around the heel.  This product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable.

Care instructions:  Hand wash using cold water with mild detergent.  Rinse thoroughly.  Allow product to air dry.  Do not bleach.
