Comments about Curad Sensitive Skin Bandages for Sensitive Skin, 50 Spots, 50 ea:

As a longtime user of these Curad "Spot" bandages, I was initially impressed with its mid-2013 revisions, including a better non-stick smooth pad and a darker tint that is less obvious than the almost white color of the original fabric.

However, upon using the 'new & improved' bandages in July 2013, I have found that the formerly weak glue has now been made even weaker, so the new bandage does not stick very well, especially if placed on a part of the skin that flexes, stretches, or sweats.

In addition, the revised fabric layer that holds the glue is annoyingly flimsy compared to any other bandage. In trying to extract the bandage from its wrapper, the paper semi-circles that cover the glue often adhere to the wrapper instead of the bandage because the glue is too weak and the fabric too flimsy, sometimes resulting in the bandage being ruined by folding and then sticking to itself.

My question for Curad: Why is there no regular (non-sensitive) version of this spot bandage with good old-fashioned regular glue that really sticks?

It was hard to find a small spot cover for my excision, these worked very well, and will keep them for the next one. I didn't need quite so many, not yet, anyway.

Comments about Curad Sensitive Skin Bandages for Sensitive Skin, 50 Spots, 50 ea:

We like these little latex free spots for their versatility. My husband has even "wrapped" one around his ear and it stayed very well. The fact that they are latex free (we are both allergic to latex)really helps keep the skin irritation at a minimum when bandages have to be worn for extended periods.

My fiance uses these circle-spots to protect his chest when he runs. Between sweat, and t-shirt rubbing, his nipples will become raw and sore. The circle bandaids are perfect. They stay on in spite of sweat and is well protected without the irritation of a longer bandaid sticking to his chest hair.

I have big problems with bandages doing terrible things to my skin, but these work great. They stick very well, but come off easily. Dots/spots are remarkably handy to keep around.
