This rich cream does what it claims...and yes it is a little time consuming when trying to spread it,due to it's impressive emollients. But, if you have a more problematic condition you might want to try a product with more healing properties in it. So try putting an amount into the palm of your hand, depending on where you are applying it,use more or less. Anyway when in your palm slowly and gently rub your hands together...this will add a little heat to melt it. Now gently pat it onto your skin. When done with that you can go back to where you started from and smooth it out lovingly. This method works great! Comments about Curel Intensive Healing Cream for Extra-Dry or Sensitive Skin, Fragrance-Free, 16 oz: I have terrible dry, cracked and flakey feet. When I use this, along with filing my feet, my feet are smooth. You cannot even tell I have a problem with my feet when I use this. The only negative is how thick it is, but this is probably necessary in order for it to work.

Comments about Curel Intensive Healing Cream for Extra-Dry or Sensitive Skin, Fragrance-Free, 16 oz: This cream is as healing and moisturizing as Cetaphil and Cerave, but a few bucks cheaper. The texture is quite strange- it feels sticky at first, and it doesn't easily absorb until it is invisible (it is thick!). I use this only at night - never before I leave the house and not on my face - because it takes quite a while to rub it in until there are no longer white streaks. However, it works flawlessly even when applied quickly! I have VERY severe dermatitis and aside from Cetaphil and Cerave, this is the ONLY cream that does not irritate my skin and that actually works well. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone (but would suggest supplementing with the lovely non-greasy invisible Cetaphil or Cerave when leaving the house).

Comments about Curel Intensive Healing Cream for Extra-Dry or Sensitive Skin, Fragrance-Free, 16 oz: For years I have had trouble with dry, cracked skin on my hands and flaky legs - especially in winter. This cream really works! I've used so many other creams, and still had problems with cracking skin on my hands. No more! The cream looks like marshmallow creme, feels greasy when you first put it on, but quickly absorbs into the skin, feels smooth, and stays on the backs of my hands through many hand washings. Best Uses Comments about Curel Intensive Healing Cream for Extra-Dry or Sensitive Skin, Fragrance-Free, 16 oz: This is the strangest cream. It's very difficult to put on. It's almost like a lotion that has a bunch of water mixed in - and very sticky. I keep trying to use it, but the application is horrible. Never had a lotion or cream apply like this. Pros Cons
Best Uses Comments about Curel Intensive Healing Cream for Extra-Dry or Sensitive Skin, Fragrance-Free, 16 oz: I love Curel lotion. It really is the only lotion that works on my dry scaly skin. I was excited about the new Curel Healing Cream thinking that it would be even better. Not even close. After the white pasty substance absorbed??? into my skin it was still dry. The lotion works SO much better Pros

Comments about Curel Intensive Healing Cream for Extra-Dry or Sensitive Skin, Fragrance-Free, 16 oz: I tried another brand that claimed to do what this does also, but it didn't seem to last or soften my skin much. Needless to say I was skeptical about Curel's claims also---was I ever surprised!! This stuff is really great...would recommend to anyone with chronic dry skin. My legs were still soft and moist the second day. Then re-applied. Pros
