The rating drops significantly with the smell - a very strong orange fragrance that is saccharine-sweet and somewhat nauseating. It's excellent for very dry legs and feet, and yet it's not greasy and absorbs well enough to use on your face too. It will not clog your pores! I can easily apply my makeup after using this on my face. It also has a very clean, citrusy scent. I highly recommend this product to everyone!! Curel used to have one with alpha hydroxy that worked much better on my eczema but they no longer make it :( I use this formulation for winter and the lighter one for summer.
