I used this soap in my teens and, like many folks, had trouble locating it until I found it at drugstore.com. It's soothing and, while the smell is pleasant, it is not overpowering and doesn't last too long. The key to this soap's effectiveness is its active ingredients. Unlike some antibacterial soaps, the active ingredient in Cuticura stays on the skin. With most, the antibacterial agent is washed away when you rinse.

Have used this for more years than I care to remember. Some use just for facial wash but I use it in the shower. Haven't found any better for cleansing oily skin without drying.

This works AMAZING WELL and quickly. If you have hormonal body acne you know it's almost impossible to get rid of this has cleared me up better then expensive perceiption stuff from the doctors, NO kidding. I finally fond something that worked!!! AND it's inexpensive too. DO NOT HESITATE TO TRY THIS AMAZING SOAP.

I love this bar soap and have used it for years. I'm sure it's good for acne although I don't really have any. I just like the antibacterial aspect for the whole body and the light pleasant smell. This soap is hard to find in any store so I'm so glad I can buy it here!

23 years and I still love this soap. After a dermatologist recomended it, it's all I use. I panicked when local stores stopped carring it. Lucky for me we have drugstore.com to supply. I give it credit for all the compliments I get on my skin.

This is the first review I've ever written, but I'm happy to say this product exceeded my expectations.

I am 60 years old, and remember using this soap as an acne-prone teenager. The pleasant smell is still familiar; the bath-size bar is blue now instead of black, which is a bit more appealing.

After 3 or 4 days of using this soap, I was surprised to find my recurrent acne problem around my nose is GONE. I had been using a prescription gel to fight it, which I no longer need. It is hard to find in my area, so am glad to find it online.

I love the rich creamy lather and as someone who deals with mild Atopic dermatitis (Eczema), it's great to use a soap that is non-drying to my skin.

Cuticura is a good facial cleanser. It cleans well and effectively. Breakouts have lessened and my face is smoother. My only issue is that it dries my skin out. Immediately, after cleansing I apply vitamin E cream and it all works out.

My husband has had a battle with acne all his life. Used products that were discontinued. We found Cuticura in our local drugstore...now we order in bulk online. My nephew became a teenager and started battling acne and smelly feet. My husband suggested using Cuticura soap since it was antibacterial. HELLO. Controlled acne and no more smelly feet. I have sensitive skin and use this soap only when I have bad breakouts and under my arms. This helps with my antiperspirant to work better. I have now given Cuticura soap to several of my nephew's friends. Incredible improvement on their faces. They are boys and use it since their friend and my husband use it--so it must be okay! Now a friend gave it to her truck driver husband...he said "I don't smell, I want more of that soap." So I am ordering her two dozen. We always have a stash of Cuticura in our bathroom. My husband will use it as a full bathsoap but I find it irritating on more delicate areas and drying so I don't.
