I read about Oil Pulling a few months ago and had done this with coconut oil - but the hassle of microwaving it to make it liquid meant I wasn't very faithful. I wanted something that could store in the bathroom & lo & behold, this product popped up when I was shopping on drugstore.com. I have been using the product - almost daily - for about 2 weeks now and love it! I put about a teaspoon in my mouth before getting into the shower and "pull" while I'm showering. Easy peasy!
Use one teaspoon, swish vigorously throughout entire mouth (pushing and pulling through teeth). Can be used for up to 20 minutes or less. Do not gargle, expectorate. Not harmful if swallowed.
