I use the product daily. I sleep with it on and I work with it on and I work out with it on. I've probably lost about an inch around my stomach which is nice even though I know it's only water. It's helped my posture as well and it makes me use my stomach muscles more.
i use this belt when i run on the track. it stays put nicely and does not slide around. i did not feel too sweaty at all when i was using it, but after the first time when i took it off, the thing was soaking! overall i think its doing what it is supposed to do, will wait longer to see full results hopefully. cant find any cons as of yet
