This product works well as a substitute for the 3rd step in those 3-step programs. I find my kids always have lots more of the first step than of steps 2 and 3, so I buy this to be their step 2.

I'm not sure what makes this benzoyl peroxide treatment so different from other brands, (and I have tried them all) but this stuff really works to keep my skin clear and it doesn't overdry. What more could you ask for...... except a lower price

I am 42 years old and have had acne since I was 14. I have spent thousands of dollars on over the counter/department store brands trying to find the right products for my skin until now. This product not only cleared my skin of those painful blemishes, but also did not dry out my skin. I use Neutrogena Alcohol Free Wash & Toner, then apply DDF BP gel on problem areas, let it dry for about 20 minutes, then moisturize with Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle SPF20 and my skin after 2 weeks looks unbelievable! The scars are also healing much faster. I know it's a little pricey, but so worth it!

I need to use 5% benzoyl peroxide products twice a day to keep my acne under control, and in an attempt to stop buying acne kits just for the bezoyl peroxide and throwing out the rest, I tried this out.

However, this didn't work for me, and in fact made my acne worse. I could feel the benzoyl peroxide working, but the thickness of the product clogged more pores than the benzoyl peroxide could keep up with.

So, I will now move on to the next product and see what happens.

First product that has helped keep my complexion in check. I have had acne and complexion issues since my teenage years. This goes on smooth and while is protects and clears my skin it does not dry it out. My skin feels really good.

I use it and so does my teenage daughter.
The active ingredient, Benzoil Peroxide, isn't so strong that it irritates our skin but strong enough that it is effective. The Tea Tree Oil makes it soothing and reduces the redness. I won't it takes away zits over night, but it does work quickly. I always make sure I order it and keep an extra tube ready when we're finished with one.

I've been using this product about once a day for about a month. It works well, though it is somewhat drying. Using a moisturizing product helped to mediate the dryness.

I apply this treatment at night since you have to be careful of sun exposure. I was having terrible problems with my adult acne. I am African America with sensitive skin. I used proactiv for a while but it no longer worked for my skin. This product has not cause any breakouts to my sensitive skin and it has reduced redness. It seem as though my breakouts are not as severe and don't last as long.
