It smells great, and I use it on my elbows and heels everyday. It's gentle but effective enough to keep those rough spots very smooth. After I scrubbed my heels with it, I put the little bit of salt left over on my hands onto my legs. My legs are silky smooth! I use body scrubs/sugars for exfoliating and refreshing my skin. This does exfoliate, but leaves a thick greasy feeling film behind that I'm sure clogs the skin which defeats the purpose. I suppose it may be okay for mani/pedi's but definitely not a body polish. Pros

The smell is relaxing and it instantly moisturizes my rough and dry hands. You get quite a bit of product for the price and I'd venture to say that it is better than some of the more expensive brands that I've tried. The only con is that it is a bit greasy and I would not suggest this for shower usage. Otherwise, I totally recommend this product. Pros

It feels luxurious and leaves a light moisturizing oil behind. The salt can be used for serious exfoliation or just rubbed lightly for a gentle massage. I just put a little in my hands and rub it in then rinse with warm water...instant softness! Also, great on feet. I was using Bath & Body True Blue, but this is much better. I do agree with some other posts...might not be a good idea to use in shower! Pros
