I would definitely recommend this candle to anyone looking for a sweeter/fresher vanilla scent, since the top notes are really prominent with this one (not so ambery or musky). In my home, the fragrant throw reaches 2 rooms, so it's fairly potent! The only drawback I see is that it does burn faster than it claims. Even with proper candle care, I doubt I'll reach 50 hours with this, probably more like 30. But at least it's clean burning, and does not irritate the sinuses or eyes like some candles can. It is so light, in fact, that I didn't smell it until a good quarter into the candle. But once I could smell it, I found the fragrance to be very pleasant and very light, which I prefer. The only drawback on this candle for me is that it is not a good value for the price. At a brick and mortar store down the street from me, I found similarly scented soy candles selling for $7.00 (or 2/$12) for 9oz (as opposed to this one costing [$] for 7oz).But I definitely agree with a previous reviewer who commented that the leftover glass from this candle makes an excellent juice glass! If you are looking for something to smell up the room, this is not it. It is very faint, which I think is perfect. I only gave it for starts cause I would like to see it a lower price. Pros

I thought it was lovely -- the scent was great, and it was quite long burning. I did not have the problems that others experienced. Would recommend. Comments about de-luxe MAISON 100% Pure Soy Candle, Amber Vanilla, 7 oz: I bought 2 of these candles to try (1 for me, 1 for the BF), mostly because they were made with natural ingredients and on sale. However, only a hint of smell was detectable after burning for a good, couple hours. I do like the fact that it was a clean burning candle. But that was the only "pro."
