I have combination/sensitve skin and this toner works great! I use it after the cleansing milk. I don't find it soapy and never experienced any bubbling in the bottle! Smell great too!

I use the Decleor line, so I was excited to try this toner as a "gift with purchase" from [...]. However, after cleansing my skin...and applying this as directed...I was NOT pleased with the results. The first thing I noticed were BUBBLES in the bottle when I tipped it over to apply to the cotton pad. I noted the fluid felt soapy and sticky. But, I soldiered on...and used it anyway.After it dried, my face was tight and felt sticky.I rinsed immediately...and went back to my Shiseido toner in the red bottle. I will still use the rest of the Decleor line because it's fabulous...but this one product is a pass.
