Provides up to 10 hours of protection from mosquitoes and biting flies: gnats, sand flies, stable flies, black flies. Also repels ticks, chiggers and fleas from treated skin. Contains 100% Deet. The pump spray allows easy application to skin, hair and clothing, while keeping hands repellent free.
Warnings
Do not apply on or near: Acetate, Rayon, Spandex or other synthetics (other than nylon), furniture, plastics, watch crystals, leather and painted or varnished surfaces including automobiles. Wash treated clothing. Do not keep product on any longer than necessary. After returning indoors, wash treated skin with soap and water. Storage: Store away from heat or flame in an area inaccessible to children. Disposal: Do not reuse empty container. Wrap container and put in trash.
Hazards to Humans - Warning: May cause eye injury. Harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with eyes and lips. To apply to face, spray palm of hand and rub on. Do not apply to sunburn, damaged or irritated skin. Use sparingly on small children. Do not allow use by small children without close adult supervision. May cause skin reaction in rare cases. First Aid: If in eyes - flush eyes with plenty of water. If irritation persists, get medical treatment. If swallowed - call a physician or poison control center. Get medical attention. If you suspect that you or your child is reacting to this product, wash treated skin and call your doctor. If you go to the doctor, take this product with you.

Better to use the strongest concentrate of active ingredient sparingly than lots of weak, diluted repellant. Spritz on baby hats and socks. Bigger people-head, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles. Also good under picnic umbrellas, canopies,outdoor shade structures.

The product was very oily when i sprayed it on my skin and i immediately had to get a towel and wipe it off. I would prefer to stick to regular bug spray.

There are two types of mosquitoes in Haiti: day time and night time mosquitoes. My recent trip during the rainy season was filled with both. Both are potential carriers of the two types of the deadly Malaria parasite. They both were in unrelentless swarms and are fierce and aggressive attackers. The 100% DEET kept them at bay for several hours. We used it sparingly and it worked very well. One small bottle took care of 15 adult people wearing tank tops and shorts. NOT TO BE USED ON SMALL CHILDREN. They would need a 25-50%.

I live in a highly infested mosquito area(deep south texas). The Off 100% deet is the ONLY thing that works for me. It is not oily(like REPEL) and the spray nozzel stays pointed in the right direction. (REPEL does not, it rotates as you use it). I even bought extra so as not to run out.

This product works really well against all kinds of insect pests. I haven't noticed any damage to clothing, and it doesn't irritate my skin like other products.

I am always the one the mosquitoes devour in a crowd, but with just one application per day this stuff kept me 99% bite-free on a trip to mosquito-heavy India. The small size is convenient for travel, too, since it's portable but you don't run out since you don't need very much per day.
The only downsides are the slightly gross chemical smell, which fades fairly quickly, and the slimy/oily feel, which doesn't.
This is definitely the most effective mosquito repellent I've ever used.

This is by far the most effective of all sprays because it is 98% DEET, the gold standard of mosquito repellents. I discovered it through Consumer Reports, which rated it # 1 in effectiveness. It works perfectly against Everglades salt water marsh mosquitoes at all times of the day and year, which pretty much says it all.

The product works really well. I wish it came in a larger bottle. We took a 7-day camping trip, and needed it every day.
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Read all directions before using this product. Hold container upright 4 to 6 inches away from skin or clothing. Do not use as a space spray. Use just enough repellent to cover exposed skin. Avoid overexposure. Frequent reapplication and saturation are unnecessary. For maximum protection: Spread evenly with hand to moisten all exposed skin. To apply to face: Spray palm of hand and rub on. Do not apply to eyes and mouth and do not apply to the hands of young children. Works on Clothing too: Do not apply under clothing. Spray shirts, pants, socks and hats. For ticks and chiggers, also spray cuffs, socks and around openings in outer clothing. Will not damage cotton, wool or nylon.
