I love these. I also didn't believe it possible to spot reduce however my pants are sagging in the back thigh area now. I've been wearing them when I walk or bike ride daily. You will literally be dripping sweat down your legs when you are finished. I also use albolene on my inner thighs (to assist fat loss) & have been applying St Ives cellulite shield for about 2.5 weeks.

I was very skeptical about the shorts and thought there's no way a pair of shorts could help cellulite and slim you down. Well weeks later I'm a believer. I use the shorts in conjunction with Nivea Goodbye Cellulite Gel Cream and have seen really good results. I do however work out so I'm sure exercise has contributed to my being slimmer and having noticeably less cellulite. The wonders of the shorts are helping you appear slimmer (I wear mine to sleep and around the house as much as I can but not under clothing since I tend to wear fitted jeans such as skinny jeans etc) and reducing cellulite. I don't know how it works but I don't care. You'll notice the shorts even more after a day/night of eating & drinking things you know better than to consume. In the morning you won't feel as "fat" and in fact will look pretty darn good considering the night before!! My sister has been so impressed that she's bought one for herself:)
