First, I started out with XL, it was too big. So, I ordered the L, still too big. I don't think I will bother ordering the M. The product is very comfortable and easy to put on, but even after measuring myself, I could not get the sizing down correctly. Sending them back is not an option, since I am working in iraq. Very nice product, very comfortable....but, getting the correct size may be a problem.

I like the shorts, and they seem to be working. But I was expecting something else. I thought they would be thin enough to wear under my clothes, but they're definitely not. I wear them around the house under my sweats, but they would never fit under jeans. And they tend to squeak when I move around in them.
They do suck everything in and heat up my problem areas without making me uncomfortable or sweaty, which is what they are supposed to do.

I have purchased every anti-cellulite product out there and nothing seems to work long term. I started wearing these shorts under my clothing for 8-10 hours a day and they are amazing! I have already lost 2 inches off my thighs and kept it off for 3 weeks (and I rarely exercise). I am 5'5 and 195lbs and the large fits me fine. I am back online to purchase my second pair. I put a little cheap cellulite cream on my legs and bum before putting the shorts on, and away I go! They fit great (and I'm rather curvy and large bottomed) seeing the inch loss gets me motivated to eat right, and exercise more, and you can't put a price on that! Totally worth it for the price (and way cheaper than creams that don't deliver)!
Measuring Instructions: 1. Front Rise: Measure from center crotch to waist. 2. Inseam: Measure from center crotch all the way down one leg to the hem. 3. Leg Opening: Measure circumference of leg opening. All measurements in inches. Please be aware that rise, inseam and leg opening measurements are taken from shorts/capris lying flat. Neoprene fabric will stretch. Capris have an adjustable velcro hook and loop closure which allows for even more flexibility.
