Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's Disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
Ask a doctor before use if you have
chronic cough that lasts as occurs with smoking, asthma or emphysema
cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus)
Stop use and ask a doctor if cough lasts more than 7 days, cough comes back, or occurs with fever, rash or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition.
If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
I think that this medicine works great. I gave it to my 2 year old under the advice of her Dr. She had a terrible cough and it worked so well that she actually was able to get some sleep after a few sleepless nights from laying awake coughing. I also gave it to my 8 and 12 year old children and it seemed to work very well for them, too. And another plus was I got my 2 and 8 year olds to take it without complaint because the grape tates pretty good.
Bought this for my 2 1/2 yr old with a nasty cough. There was nothing else left in the store. I wonder why? ... So I had seen this ad on tv for this stuff. Figured well its possible it will work. It Didn't! My poor little girl didn't get ANY reief!
