I ended up throwing these away. The floss is too thick for my teeth and every one broke immediately. I did not have this problem with normal floss or glide brand flossers.

I'm so glad the dental hygienist suggested this style of flosser for me. I was always missing my back teeth because of the angle of the other style floss pick, and I just don't get around to flossing if I have to wind it around my fingers. This 'Y' shaped flosser just works well for my own needs.

Though these floss picks were easy to use and make daily flossing much easier, I recommend buying a different brand. About a third of the picks were defective, either not attached well so that the floss came out of the holder right away, or would shred as I flossed. I have tried 2 other brands without an issue.
