I keep my father-in-law stocked with these at all times! He is a very big guy at 6'2" and 310 pounds. These are the only brand we've found that actually fit him. He has incontinence associated with prostate cancer and needs these at all times. The best thing about them are the tabs, because he can change them without removing his pants--which is not an easy feat for him. They seem to last long enough, and he seldom smells of urine. A great product.

I am using these for a skin condition, but find that the adjustable tabs can scrape my skin above the waist of the product - it feels like something sharp is poking me.

The older (pre-adjustable) ones were more comfortable.

I use this product for my elderly mother who has dementia. I have noticed in the last few months that the product qualities have changed. The seams rip more easily, especially when you are putting it on. Also, the absorbency is not as good as before, especially since I order "super absorbency".

I purchase this product for others' use, but it seems to work fine, no leaks. Cannot attest to fit as the people for whom it is used are non-verbal, but do not notice any chaffing or discomfort.

Given the growing market for this item, I would like to see a more sustainable option that at least uses recycled materials up front, or ability to break down more quickly once in the landfill.

I wish the super plus underpant was available in the big box. That would help me out. I go to the office daily and even though the adjustable would be easier to change if necessary, they really aren't allowing me feel professional and taylored.
